Your credit card will be charged immediately by our credit card payment processor. It may take several business days for the charge to appear on your credit card statement.
We take fraudulent chargeback disputes very seriously. After we have been notified that a charge is disputed, we immediately provide all user activity related data to our credit card processor as proof of account use. We will send a direct email to the customer notifying them that we have received the dispute notice to see if we can resolve any issues through dialogue. If the customer is unresponsive or uncooperative, the user’s account will be frozen until the dispute is resolved and a notice will be sent directly to the user’s academic professor as notification that previous and future assignment submissions can no longer be validated as authentic.
At this time, we only accept course product upgrades due to copyright protection protocols. If you would like to upgrade your course materials, please contact us!

At the bottom of each assignment, you will find a “save and continue later” button which will prompt you to enter in a email address to send the unique url for your partially completed assignment. Please verify that you have received the email before closing out of the window. If the email has not arrived, check your spam folder for the URL. You can also copy the url provided on the “save and continue later” screen for your own records. If you leave an assignment without clicking “save and continue later” and following the steps mentioned above, your work will not be saved.
